SUMMARY OF POSITION:

Located on Perkiomen Ave in Reading, the Penn State Health Exeter Specialty Clinic is seeking a Medical Office Associate to join its clerical team! As a multi-specialty clinic, this office oversees dermatology, plastic surgery, infectious disease, and orthopedics; handling an average of 50-60 patients/day.

The Medical Office Associate (MOA) will be responsible for checking patients in and out of appointments, verifying insurance, and scheduling appointments. The MOA will answer all inbound phone calls and make outbound phone calls.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
