Stella of New Hope is seeking an accomplished Executive Chef to lead the daily operations of our chef-driven à la carte kitchen. This is a unique opportunity to join an established independent restaurant while helping shape the future of a growing hospitality organization. Reporting directly to the Culinary Director, the Executive Chef will lead the restaurant kitchen, develop the culinary team, drive financial performance, and execute a refined, seasonal culinary program built on exceptional hospitality and consistent execution. What You'll Do

· Lead all dinner, brunch, and daily à la carte kitchen operations.

· Coach, mentor, and develop the sous chef team and hourly kitchen staff.

· Build and manage the integrated BOH schedule.

· Drive food quality, consistency, presentation, and execution.

· Manage food cost, labor, purchasing, inventory, and waste control.

· Oversee ordering, receiving, production planning, and kitchen organization.

· Execute Stella's Kitchen Leadership Operating System.

· Partner with the Culinary Director on seasonal menu development and menu rollouts.

· Collaborate with the Event Chef and Pastry Chef.

· Maintain the highest standards of food safety and guest satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

· 5+ years of progressive culinary leadership experience.

· 2+ years as an Executive Chef, Chef de Cuisine, or comparable senior kitchen leader.

· Fine-dining or upscale chef-driven restaurant experience.

· Scratch-kitchen experience with seasonal menus.

· Strong food cost, labor, purchasing, inventory, and recipe costing knowledge.

· Proven leadership and team development skills.

· Restaurant365 or similar software experience preferred.

· ServSafe Manager Certification (or ability to obtain upon hire).
