Post Closing Specialist
The Post Closing Specialist is responsible for the principal duties listed below.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
- Ensure company receives fully executed files in a timely fashion from closing agents
- Facilitates review, correction if needed, and delivery of completed packages to lender
- Works to obtain signature on missing or additional documents from lender, borrower, closing agent
- Remedy post-closing issues or missing items through contact with closing agents and consumers
- Monitoring and responding to questions/information at post closing email addresses.
- Understand and comply with regulatory requirement for funding, recording and policies.
- Timely and accurate sending of recordings to proper counties for recording
- Monitor incoming recording and enter into system as completed task
- Completes Owner's and Loan Policies
- Works on scanning, projects, uploading images as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Proven experience is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Computer skills in a windows environment - excel
- Strong proof-reading skills
- Ability to work in a deadline driven, fast paced, high producing environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
