Office Assistant – For long established company in Carnegie . Three days per week. 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM. Schedule is flexible. Client will interview. $16.00 per hour. Temp to Hire.
Responsibilities:
· Answer phones, greet customers, take payments
· Assist with accounting -client will train
· Filing and general office duties
Qualifications:
· Prior receptionist and/or customer service experience highly desirable
· Some computer experience preferred. Client uses Word, Excel & QuickBooks
· Ability to multi-task
· Ability to learn and use new software
