Job Summary

LingaTech is building a pipeline of experienced Business Analysts to support anticipated future needs with both Commonwealth and commercial clients in Central Pennsylvania. This posting is not tied to a current open requisition . Instead, we are proactively identifying and engaging Business Analyst talent for upcoming contract and contract-to-hire opportunities.

If you have experience gathering requirements, working with stakeholders, and supporting technology or process initiatives, we encourage you to join our pipeline.

Potential Responsibilities

Responsibilities will vary based on specific opportunities but may include:

• Gathering, documenting, and validating business and functional requirements

• Facilitating meetings and working sessions with stakeholders and technical teams

• Translating business needs into user stories, use cases, or specifications

• Supporting solution design, testing, and implementation activities

• Creating process flows, diagrams, and documentation

• Assisting with UAT planning, test case creation, and defect tracking

• Supporting change management, communication, and training efforts

• Collaborating closely with project managers, developers, QA, and business partners

Requirements

• Professional experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role

• Strong requirements gathering, documentation, and communication skills

• Ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Experience using BA tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Visio, Lucidchart, or similar

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment

Preferred Qualifications

(Not required for pipeline consideration)

• Experience in IT-focused environments (software, data, cloud, ERP, etc.)

• Experience supporting public sector, government, or enterprise clients

• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid methodologies

• CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, or similar certifications

• Experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, and process maps
