We have partnered with a global service provider on their search for a Talent Acquisition & Management Specialist with proven experience developing training plans, employee development, and employee succession planning. This Talent Acquisition & Management Specialist will support the full employee lifecycle by driving strategic recruiting initiatives, employee development programs, and talent management processes. This individual will partner closely with leaders across the organization to attract, develop, and retain top talent while fostering a culture of engagement and continuous growth. This role requires someone who is analytical, confident in providing guidance to business leaders, and comfortable challenging the status quo when necessary. The ideal candidate is relationship-driven, proactive, and able to influence hiring managers while building credibility across all levels of the organization.
Primary Responsibilities
· Partner with hiring managers to develop effective recruiting strategies and identify top talent.
· Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines using various sourcing methods.
· Lead talent management initiatives focused on employee growth and long-term organizational success.
· Develop and coordinate employee training and professional development programs.
· Assist with succession planning and career path development across multiple departments.
· Partner directly with managers to assess talent needs, identify development opportunities, and improve team effectiveness.
· Support employee engagement initiatives that promote a positive workplace culture and strengthen employee retention.
· Coordinate and participate in community outreach and corporate involvement programs that enhance the organization's employer brand.
· Analyze recruiting and talent management metrics to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
· Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership by providing thoughtful, data-driven recommendations and constructive feedback.
· Build strong working relationships across all levels of the organization while influencing positive business outcomes.
The ideal Talent Acquisition & Management Specialist will have a Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related.
Other requirements for the Talent Acquisition & Management Specialist role include and are not limited to:
· Minimum of 3+ years of Talent Acquisition and Talent Management experience
· Proven experience recruiting across a variety of functional areas, including engineering, operations, sales, finance/accounting, and other professional positions
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite & HRIS software
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
