Industrial electrician

Description:

Electrician ; Assembling, installing, maintaining, and testing electrical equipment in commercial and industrial settings; and maintaining a safe work environment at all times while working on construction projects.

Must have solid experience running conduit.

Must have valid WI Journeyman Electrical License

Drug Screen and Background check required.

OSHA 10 preferred or willing to take.

Requirements:

Job requires working in all elements, depending on job location, time of year, heat, cold, rain. Wear personal protective equipment (hard hat, safety glasses at all times), respirator when required. Able to work 8 -10 hours per day, 40 hours per week, and overtime as required.. Includes crawling, standing, stooping, bending, crouching, kneeling, sitting, reaching, able to routinely lift heavy objects in excess of 50 pounds and pushing and pulling of objects is required. Repetitive use of arms, hands and fingers.

• Reliable transportation
• Good attendance and punctuality required
• Must be self-motivated and willing to work from descriptions and blue prints
• Experience and proficiency running electrical conduit
• Must have layout capabilities
• Low voltage experience necessary
• Must have a good attitude and be willing to work with other craftsmen
• Must be hard working and have the drive and determination to complete the task at hand
• Must be dependable and willing to complete the project at hand from start to finish
