HR Project Assistant
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking an HR Project Assistant to join our client to support daily HR operations, streamline scheduling processes, and contribute to firm wide engagement initiatives. This hybrid role in Philadelphia PA offers the opportunity to assist with performance review coordination, hiring support, event planning, and administrative project work. The HR Project Assistant will work closely with HR and Operations leadership to ensure smooth communication and help drive team efficiency. This is a direct hire onsite and remote blended role.
Compensation:
$60,000 – $70,000/year
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday normal business hours
Key Responsibilities of the HR Project Assistant:
- Coordinate scheduling for candidate interviews and hiring activities
- Support preparation and scheduling for staff associate and leadership reviews
- Assist with planning and executing internal events and office gatherings
- Prepare agendas capture meeting notes and track follow up actions for committee initiatives
- Maintain company contact lists and provide general administrative support to the HR team
- Experience supporting HR teams or administrative operations
- Strong organizational and scheduling abilities
- Comfort assisting with events and cross functional collaboration
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Proficiency with office software and basic list management tools
