Assistant Professor of Practice in Marketing

Moravian University’s School of Business and Economics invites applications for a full-time Assistant Professor of Practice inMarketing, beginning Fall 2026. The position is subject to renewal, based on performance and budget availability. Successful candidates willhave a Ph.D in Marketing or a related field from an accredited institution or Master's degree with at least five years of industryexperience. Advanced ABDs will be considered.

Located in historic Bethlehem, PA, Moravian University is recognized as the sixtholdest University in the United States. The programs in the School of Economics and Business are nationally accredited byACBSP.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Teach a 4-4 load of undergraduate marketing courses inmultiple modalities (on-site, online, hybrid).
• Develop and teach courses in Marketing, Management, Consumer Behavior, DigitalMarketing, and related areas
• Provide substantive academic advising and mentoring for undergraduate students (majors, minors,first-year students, and others)
• Maintain active engagement in professional practice, applied research, or pedagogicalinnovation.
• Supervise experiential learning or marketing research projects
• Participate in professional organizations andcontribute to a diverse, inclusive academic community
• Engage fully in the academic life of the School of Business and Economics,including program development, curriculum innovation, assessment, and participation in school-wide initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Demonstrated expertise in Strategic Marketing, Analytics and Research Methods
• Ph.D. in Marketing or a related field (ABDconsidered); or
• Master’s degree and 5+ years of professional marketing leadership experience.
• Strong analytical orresearch background, especially in integrated AI or emerging technologies in marketing
