Supervisor Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $27.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend Shift ( Friday through Tuesday from 07:00am to 05:00pm )

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff, including assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing training.
• Ensure accurate receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of products.
• Monitor workflow and productivity, making adjustments to meet deadlines and operational demands. Coordinate with other departments such as purchasing, logistics, and customer service to ensure smooth operations.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce costs. Resolve problems or discrepancies quickly and effectively.

Supervisor Qualifications:

• 3+ years of warehouse or logistics experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, safety regulations, and inventory control systems.
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
