Our agency has been serving the community since 2008, with a second location added in 2020. Weve grown into a strong team of eight and continue to expand while maintaining a close-knit, supportive environment. I was introduced to the industry through my mom, who was also a State Farm agent, and that early exposure helped shape my passion for the business and building a team that works well together. Im married with two kids, and we stay involved in the community by supporting local charities and hosting community events throughout the year. As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Nicole Grove - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
