Join a leading full-service oil and gas pipeline construction company with over 30 years of experience delivering high-quality, safety-first projects. We are seeking a skilled Pipeline Superintendent to lead field operations on major pipeline projects, from pre-construction through closeout.
This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to excellence in execution, team development, and safety compliance.
What You’ll Do
- Lead pre-construction planning and ongoing communication with project stakeholders.
- Safely plan and execute all phases of construction in collaboration with project foremen.
- Provide daily direction to field teams and ensure resources are in place to meet objectives.
- Manage project updates, schedules, change orders, and site logistics.
- Address performance issues, coordinate resolution of workforce concerns.
- Maintain comprehensive, accurate daily reports and progress updates.
- Partner with safety personnel to uphold job site safety for all crews, including subcontractors.
- Ensure full compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
What You Bring
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project documents.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills in dynamic field environments.
- Proven ability to build relationships, lead teams, and drive accountability.
- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard project management tools.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of in-field pipeline construction or oil & gas industry experience.
- 5+ years of supervisory or crew leadership experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent technical training preferred.
- Equivalent experience may be considered in place of formal education.
