Job ID #29235Our client is a global manufacturing organization that is a recognized award-winning supplier within their industry. They have experienced tremendous growth in recent years by developing new products and new technologies that are changing the dynamics of both their company and this industry. They just won some new contracts with major clients in the region and this has spear-headed even more growth and the need to hire new talent. They also provide a full and complete relocation package to individuals who are willing to move to the area.Main duties of the HR Manager include:
Ensure the manufacturing site is adhering to all corporate policies and procedures
Investigate safety incidents in the plant and resolve immediately and effectively
Work closely with the Plant Operations Manager on targeted safety goals
Handle recruiting, hiring and training in the plant
Oversee plant payroll and benefits administration, as well as workers comp.Qualifications include:
Bachelor`s degree HR or Business
Experience leading HR activities in a manufacturing plant
HR certifications desired, but not required
Strong experience dealing with Workers Comp, Payroll and Benefits
