CRNAs are invited to join a high-acuity academic hospital in the Pittsburgh metro. Top earners here can reach $550K+ with escalators and optional OT. Bonuses will be $100K or more combined. New grads also have loan programs available. You'll see complex cases across a wide range of specialties in a team-based environment focused on clinical excellence.
