Your Role:
As a Golf Shop Associate, you’ll be the face of Penn Oaks Golf Club, ensuring members and guests receive outstanding service. This is a great opportunity for someone energetic, customer-focused, and passionate about golf.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional service and manage member/guest expectations.
- Operate the point-of-sale system efficiently.
- Maintain attractive merchandising and displays.
- Answer phones and schedule tee times.
- Check in golfers and keep the shop organized and welcoming.
What We’re Looking For:
- Positive, energetic attitude with strong multitasking skills.
- Experience in retail, merchandising, or point-of-sale systems preferred.
- Familiarity with golf is a plus.
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 40 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in varying weather conditions.
Schedule: Part-time (20–30 hours/week)
