Senior Warehouse Technician
Job Overview:
Marvin Replacement is our specialized division focused exclusively on replacement windows and doors. We bring Marvin’s legacy of quality directly to homeowners through a direct-to-consumer model that includes premium fiberglass products, personalized in-home consultations, and professional installation. Our goal is to make the window replacement experience simple, seamless, and satisfying.
As a Senior Warehouse Technician, you’ll play a critical role in supporting our field teams—ensuring Project Managers and Installers have everything they need to deliver an exceptional customer experience. You’ll lead and assist with loading and unloading products, organizing inventory, preparing materials for installation, and performing basic field service tasks. Your experience and initiative will help drive operational excellence and ensure smooth project execution.
- Execute material runs to job sites for parts and supplies as needed.
- Organize and maintain the warehouse, including shipping/receiving areas.
- Provide recommendations on warehouse layout to optimize space and prevent loss or damage.
- Assist with inventory management using Marvin’s software to ensure accuracy and accountability.
- Support basic pre- and post-installation service and repairs for Marvin Replacement products.
- Contribute to building maintenance (e.g., snow removal, minor repairs, cleaning).
- Background in construction, remodeling, or window and door products, preferred but not required.
- You’re organized, proactive, and take pride in helping others succeed.
- You bring leadership and reliability to a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
- You’re comfortable with basic technology and inventory systems.
- Familiarity with inventory management software.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3+ years of warehouse experience.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift, push/pull, and carry at least 50 lbs.
- Comfortable standing for long periods and working in varying temperatures.
- Ability to climb ladders, scaffolding, and kneel as needed.
- Willingness to work occasional overtime.

Compensation: $23 - $26 per hour, pay based on experience
