Location: Fragrance World / Fragrance Outlet – Grove City Premium Outlets, PA
Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

Role Overview

As a Sales Executive, you will be the face of Fragrance World. You aren’t just selling a bottle; you are helping customers find their "signature scent." You will work in a fast-paced outlet environment, guiding diverse clientele through our extensive collection of designer and niche fragrances.

Key Responsibilities

• Consultative Selling: Engage customers through "scent profiling" to understand their preferences and suggest appropriate base notes (woody, floral, citrus, etc.).
• Brand Expertise: Maintain deep knowledge of 100+ designer brands and stay updated on new launches and seasonal trends.
• Operational Excellence: Process transactions accurately using the POS system and manage high-volume traffic with a sense of urgency.
• Merchandising: Ensure the sales floor is impeccably organized, testers are available, and displays meet luxury visual standards.
• Promotion Advocacy: Educate customers on "Buy One, Get One" (BOGO) offers and bundle deals to maximize the Average Unit Retail (AUR).

Qualifications

• Experience: Previous experience in retail sales is preferred; experience in beauty, cosmetics, or luxury goods is a significant plus or equivalent.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal skills with the ability to describe abstract scents in a compelling way.
• Flexibility: Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays, as these are peak shopping times for the Grove City Outlets.
