- Experienced working with seniors with limited mobility and dementia in residential and or long-term care facilities.
- Must have a valid driver license and insurance to transport clients to and from appointments.
- Provide written and verbal assessment of clients to management promptly daily and as their needs change.
- Personal Care & Health Monitoring
- Perform light housekeeping
- Provide companionship
- Prepare nutritious meals
- Medication reminders
