Core responsibilities

• Read and interpret production tickets to build all unit types to the correct quality specifications.
• Safely assemble door components using pneumatic, power, and hand tools; apply labels where needed.
• Move components/materials safely and promptly report issues to leadership.
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe workstation and abide by all plant rules.
• Retain an adequate level of product knowledge to work efficiently.

What the work is like

• Fast-paced with a need for strong mental focus.
• Most activities happen below shoulder level and require repetitive hand use.
• PPE is mandatory: composite/steel toe shoes, safety glasses, earplugs, gloves (per task), and high-visibility clothing.

Must-haves

• High School Diploma or GED; at least 18 years old.
• Safety-first mindset and compliance with all plant policies.
• Initiative and self-starting approach to keep work moving.
• Clear, effective communication in English.
• Ability to multitask, work independently, and collaborate with a team.
• End-of-shift flexibility to complete orders or support the line.
• Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math.

Preferred

• Approximately one year of manufacturing experience.
• Woodworking skills.
