Senior Client Relationship Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Sr Client Relationship Manager to work in a fast-paced, team- oriented environment, that focuses on driving client relationships and providing an elevated level of Advisor support.

Responsibilities for this position are as follows:

General Support

• This role assists the Advisors and serves as a point of contact for clients. Maintains client relationships and accounts while responding to a wide range of requests from the advisor and clients. Efficiently prepares for, and conducts client review meetings as requested by the Advisor.

Principal responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with prospects and clients

• Coordinates the transfer of client assets to the firm during new client onboarding, working closely with the operations group

• Work with Advisor to discuss, review and finalize financial planning assumptions and design decisions

• Work with clients, under the supervision of Advisor, to obtain information and prepare needs and wants analysis, risk profiles and investment policy statements

• Participates in all client meetings and adds value to meetings by delivering presentations, facilitating discussions, and preparing information
• Schedule, prepare and conduct reviews
• Follow compliance manual / procedures and adhere to compliance tracking requirements
• Maintain CRM - client rating, review schedule, touch point, etc.
• Set up eMoney with basic info and ensure client understands how to access
• Follow up on all referrals with the advisor

Qualifications

• High attention to detail
• Five years' experience in an administrative role or three years' experience in financial services or other amazing experience
• Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced environment
• Superior organizational skills
• Sufficient patience to do repetitive work correctly
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel)
• Must have or obtain appropriate investment and insurance licenses (within 180 days of hire)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
