Hardscape Construction Crew Foreman

Overview:
New Outlook Landscaping Inc. is hiring for the position of Hardscape and Construction Foreman.
For this position, we are looking for an individual who has at least 5 years of hardscape construction experience and 2 or more years as a crew leader/foreman. CDL A, ICPI, and NCMA certifications are a plus and will be factored into compensation package.

Responsibilities:

• Construction of Outdoor Living Areas, paver patios, retaining walls, swimming pools, fire pits, and landscape lighting.
• Reading landscape designs and marking out projects.
• Reading grading plans and excavation to correct grades and measurements.
• Leading a team of 2-3 team members to successfully complete a project from start to finish.
• Working and Communicating with Clients.
• Operating Equipment.
• Planting.
• Snow Removal.

Salary/Benefits:

• Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour starting wage.
