Dorrit Emerich State Farm is seeking a customer-focused Multiline Representative who enjoys helping people, building lasting relationships, and providing exceptional service. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in creating positive customer experiences, solving problems, and serving as a trusted resource for clients. You will work closely with both new and existing customers, assisting with policy questions, account updates, billing concerns, and coverage reviews. While the position includes identifying opportunities to better protect customers through additional products and services, the primary focus is delivering outstanding service and helping customers feel supported every step of the way. What You'll Do Build strong relationships with customers through personalized service and proactive communication Assist customers with policy changes, billing questions, coverage reviews, and account maintenance Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally Conduct policy reviews to ensure customers understand their coverage and identify potential protection gaps Educate customers on available insurance products and services that may better meet their needs Support customer retention efforts through exceptional service and relationship management Resolve customer concerns with empathy, professionalism, and attention to detail Maintain accurate customer records and documentation Collaborate with team members to provide a seamless customer experience Licensing Requirements Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty license required prior to Day 1 start If not currently licensed, candidates must obtain their Property & Casualty license before starting Full licensing support, study resources, and onboarding assistance are provided What We're Looking For Passion for helping people and delivering exceptional customer service Strong communication and relationship-building skills Professional, friendly, and empathetic demeanor Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to identify customer needs and provide thoughtful recommendations Comfortable working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment Prior insurance, customer service, account management, or relationship management experience preferred Pivot service conversations into in-book sales opportunities when appropriate.
