JOB SUMMARY This role focuses on leading and coordinating strategic operational initiatives within the Client Private Credit & Equity division. The position involves process improvement, workflow optimization, technology enablement, and AI integration. This position can be fully remote, with candidates required to be in the Eastern Standard Time (EST) timeframe. Key Responsibilities • Lead and coordinate strategic operational initiatives focused on process improvement, workflow optimization, technology enablement, and AI integration across the MSIM Private Credit & Equity division. • Partner with investment, operations, and technology teams to evaluate existing workflows, identify inefficiencies, and implement scalable solutions that improve execution, reporting, and data integrity. • Manage cross-functional projects including requirements gathering, stakeholder alignment, project planning, status tracking, issue resolution, and implementation support. • Support the optimization and administration of core business systems, including CRM and portfolio management platforms. • Analyze operational, financial, and business process data to develop actionable insights, reporting enhancements, and workflow automation opportunities. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve reporting infrastructure, data governance, and process standardization across teams. • Assist in evaluating and implementing emerging technologies, automation tools, and AI-enabled solutions to enhance operational efficiency and decision-making. Required Qualifications • 5+ years of experience in project management, business operations, strategic initiatives, data analytics, or technology/process optimization within private equity, private credit, investment banking, consulting, or financial services. • Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional initiatives, including project planning, stakeholder management, execution tracking, issue/risk management, and process improvement. • Experience working with large datasets, operational reporting, workflow redesign, and business systems optimization. • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively across investment, operational, and technical teams. • Understanding of private markets workflows and investment lifecycle processes, including deal sourcing, diligence, portfolio management, fundraising, and investor reporting. Preferred Qualifications • DealCloud CRM experience. • Experience with eFront, Cobalt, and AI Agent builds. • Familiarity with workflow automation, AI-enabled tools, and enterprise data/process management solutions.
