The Finance team supports EchoStar's growth by delivering innovative solutions to complex business challenges. Team members gain exposure across accounting, audit, and supply chain finance while working with multiple business units.Position Summary
EchoStar is seeking a Regional Safety Specialist to support and strengthen safety programs across multiple sites and business units. Candidates must participate in at least one on-site interview.Key Responsibilities
- Travel up to 50% to conduct site safety audits and field assessments.
- Support regional and national safety and risk mitigation strategies.
- Develop and maintain safety training programs compliant with OSHA, NFPA, ANSI, NEC, and state regulations.
- Investigate incidents and manage safety and collision reporting.
- Oversee driver and vehicle safety programs and enforce corrective actions.
- Conduct facility audits, site visits, and safety training.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve safety practices and reduce risk.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 2+ years of related experience or training.
- CSP certification preferred.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
- Ability to interpret technical and regulatory materials.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Visa sponsorship not available.
Compensation
-
$58,656 -- $78,100 annually (based on location, experience, and qualifications).
