Member Experience Specialist (Hybrid)

A leading, mission-driven organization is seeking a motivated and people-focused Member Experience Specialist to join our team in a hybrid capacity. Responsibilities

• Be the Face of the Organization: Serve as the primary point of contact for a dedicated group of members, addressing their questions, managing their accounts, and providing clear guidance on our services.
• Build Lasting Connections: Deepen relationships by understanding members' personal goals, educating them on the best solutions for their needs, and identifying ways to improve their overall experience.
• Provide Seamless Support: Conduct high-quality interactions via phone, email, and virtual meetings, ensuring every member has a smooth and positive journey.
• Master Modern Tools: Navigate and utilize various internal systems and digital tools to efficiently resolve requests and keep member information up to date.

What You Bring

• People-First Experience: 1–3 years in a client-facing or service-oriented role (such as hospitality, retail, or account coordination) with a proven track record of building great relationships.
• Excellent Communicator: Excellent verbal and written skills with the ability to explain complex information in a way that is simple, clear, and confident.
• Adaptable & Organized: Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while staying focused on the details.
• Tech Savvy: Comfortable learning new software and navigating multiple digital platforms simultaneously.
