A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Financial & Contract Specialist with a major healthcare organization in Harrisburg, PA.
- Schedule: Monday–Friday 8am-4:30pm (Hybrid with 2 days in office and 3 days remote)
- Pay Range: $24.00-26.00 an hour paid weekly
- Benefits: active after 90 days
Key Responsibilities:
- Assigned projects are diverse and varied, short and long term, and require flexible and adaptive working proficiency.
- Monitor and review financial and billing issues related to Medical Assistance Program services
- Assist with procurement activities, contract monitoring, and contract budget oversight
- Support project development and implementation for assigned initiatives
- Gather, organize, and present long-term care program and technical information for executive staff
- Participate in statewide travel as needed, including occasional overnight stays
- Collaborate effectively within team-based project environments
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required (or combination of education and experience)
- Experience or familiarity with:
- Contract and bid language development
- Contract invoice review
- Budgeting and budget analysis
- Spreadsheet software and Microsoft Office products
- Survey tools and survey techniques
- Research and online research methods
- Governmental human services operations at federal, state, county, and local levels
- Project troubleshooting and problem-solving
