LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, Psychologist, or Equivalent

Bucks Therapy & Wellness Center is seeking compassionate and dedicated clinicians to join our growing practices in Newtown and New Hope, PA. We provide a supportive, collaborative environment where therapists can fully focus on delivering high-quality care to clients while still offering schedule flexibility.

• All office expenses covered

• All billing and payments are managed and covered for therapists.

Position: Licensed Therapist or Post Graduate Intern (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, Psychologist, or Equivalent)

Pay Rate: $70 - $100/ 53-minute session (based upon licensure and experience)

*Opportunities to increase income through group sessions and workshops are available

Responsibilities

• Provide individual or couples or family therapy in person and/or via telehealth
• Maintain treatment plans, progress notes, and documentation
• Deliver evidence-based, client-centered care with warmth and professionalism
• Work independently while having access to supervision and consultation as needed
• Maintain a consistent schedule with a minimum of 4 client session hours per week
• Flexibility to work as much or as little as desired with a minimum of 4 hours/week.

Requirements

• Master’s-level degree, PsyD, or licensed Psychologist
• Active Pennsylvania license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LPCC, or equivalent) or currently accruing hours toward licensure
• Strong therapeutic skills, clinical judgment, and reliability
• Ability to work independently in private practice setting, in-person and via telehealth
• Commitment to maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation
