Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Property Maintenance Mechanic to join our team in Chester, PA. As a Property Maintenance Mechanic, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the functionality and aesthetic appeal of our facilities. If you have a knack for problem-solving and a passion for maintaining properties, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various systems, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify issues and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from tenants and staff.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
- Collaborate with other team members to complete larger maintenance projects.
- Assist in the upkeep of the property’s exterior, including landscaping and snow removal as needed.
- Ensure all tools and equipment are properly maintained and stored.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in maintenance or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in property maintenance or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
