About the Job

• Comprehensive eye exams: Perform detailed eye exams to identify, diagnose, and manage conditions such as cataracts, glaucoma, macular degeneration, diabetes, high blood pressure etc.
• Proficient in refracting
• Prescriptions: Prescribe eyeglasses, contact lenses, and other visual aids
• Patient care: Provide pre- and postoperative care for patients undergoing eye surgery
• Counseling: Counsel patients on eye and general health, including contact lens care, visual hygiene, and lighting arrangements
• Collaborate with our team to provide comprehensive patient care. Refer patients to MD for any needed surgery as well as other healthcare providers as needed
• Retail: Supervise the retail aspects of vision care products, including selling eye-care products

Total compensation may vary based on additional services, including call coverage, performance bonus, etc. Compensation may also vary based on productivity after initial guarantee period.
