We're looking for friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented individuals to join our offices in Johnstown, PA (Cambria County) and Windber, PA (Somerset County) .

What You'll Do:

As an Office Administrator / Customer Service Representative, you'll be the welcoming face and voice of our agency. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Greeting clients warmly and professionally, both in person and over the phone.

• Providing exceptional customer service , assisting clients with their inquiries and ensuring a positive experience.

• Handling administrative tasks with precision, including managing paperwork and maintaining accurate records.

• Utilizing computer systems efficiently for various office functions.

• Assisting with basic math calculations related to insurance policies.

• Supporting agents by preparing necessary forms for client signatures.

• Opportunity to obtain your PA Insurance License within a few months of hire (company-supported training provided!).

• Potential to earn additional commission if you choose to sell insurance products after licensure.

• Previous experience in an office setting, customer service, or sales is beneficial, but not required for the right candidate.

Position Details:

• Job Type: Full-time or Part-time (1-2 positions available per office)

• Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

• Lunch: 1 paid hour (12:00 PM - 1:00 PM)

• Starting Pay: $14.00 per hour
