We're looking for friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented individuals to join our offices in Johnstown, PA (Cambria County) and Windber, PA (Somerset County) .
What You'll Do:
As an Office Administrator / Customer Service Representative, you'll be the welcoming face and voice of our agency. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Greeting clients warmly and professionally, both in person and over the phone.
Providing exceptional customer service , assisting clients with their inquiries and ensuring a positive experience.
Handling administrative tasks with precision, including managing paperwork and maintaining accurate records.
Utilizing computer systems efficiently for various office functions.
Assisting with basic math calculations related to insurance policies.
Supporting agents by preparing necessary forms for client signatures.
Opportunity to obtain your PA Insurance License within a few months of hire (company-supported training provided!).
Potential to earn additional commission if you choose to sell insurance products after licensure.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Currently licensed PA Insurance Agents are a plus!
Previous experience in an office setting, customer service, or sales is beneficial, but not required for the right candidate.

Position Details:
Job Type: Full-time or Part-time (1-2 positions available per office)
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Lunch: 1 paid hour (12:00 PM - 1:00 PM)
Starting Pay: $14.00 per hour

Windber, PA (Somerset County)
