Office Administrator
Seeking a reliable and proactive Office Administrator to manage daily operations and front-desk logistics. This role requires a "can-do" attitude, great people skills, and the ability to keep the office running smoothly in a fast-paced environment. Apply direclty if you are interested and experienced!
salary: $19 - $22 per hourshift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
education: High School Responsibilities
- Reception: Greet clients and vendors; manage the main phone line with professional decorum.
- Operations: Manage mail/couriers (FedEx, UPS), supply procurement, and office equipment maintenance.
- Facilities: Coordinate with building management on security and access; ensure conference rooms and common areas are "client-ready."
- Coordination: Manage meeting schedules and assist team members during high-stress periods.
