We are a small family-oriented business looking for a dedicated, highly motivated individual to join our team. Ideal candidate will have mechanical experience, previous experience with outboard engines is preferred but not required. Responsibilities include but not limited to: servicing customers outboard engines, winterizing and oil changes, communicating with customers and team members to diagnose mechanical issues, installing electronical accessories, rigging and installing new outboard engines, preparing new boat packages for customers, utilizing computer program for finding parts, hauling boats to/from the lake and into/out of storage, maintaining a safe and organized workspace, keeping equiptment in safe and working order.
