Our amazing client in Lansdale, Pa. is looking for a Customer Service Manager to join their growing team. 65-75K This in office position offers and excellent salary. No health benefits are provided at this time, however, they do offer PTO, sick time and paid holidays.
Customer Service Manager
Reporting to the Owner, the full-time position will be located at the company's headquarters in Lansdale, PA. This individual will be involved with all aspects of the business – sales order entry, customer service, pricing, purchasing, and administrative. The position is ideal for someone who is very organized, can switch gears quickly, and does not need to do the same exact thing every day. The Customer Service Manager is responsible for interacting with customers and vendors, including all daily customer service and sales activities - entering customer orders and vendor purchase orders in our ERP system, email communication with customers/vendors, preparing quotes, administrative tasks, data entry, and constant email monitoring of all customer communication.
Key Responsibilities
Work within ERP/Accounting software (currently QuickBooks Enterprise) to enter and manage customer orders.
Monitor and triage company Sales Support Email box.
Troubleshoot customer issues/requests and resolve utilizing all resources.
Develop and implement customer service policies, procedures, and standards to ensure consistent and high-quality support.
Monitor customer interactions and feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Resolve escalated customer issues with professionalism and urgency.
Communicate effectively via email and proactively manage customer interactions.
Interface with customer and vendor online portals.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
Stay current with industry trends, product offerings, and best practices in customer service and printing.
