Slitting/Converting Equipment Operator
Step into a hands-on role running production machinery
As a Slitting/Converting Equipment Operator, you’ll keep our lines moving by setting up, operating, and monitoring machines to hit quality and output targets. Experience with slitter operation is a plus, and attention to detail is essential.
Your day
- Operate manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently (slitter experience is a bonus).
- Perform job set-ups and tear-downs for changeovers.
- Load raw materials and unload finished product.
- Read and follow work orders, SOPs, tickets, and related instructions.
- Keep pace to meet scheduled goals and daily production targets.
- Handle palletizing and bagging to prepare goods for shipment.
What you’ll bring
- Ability to consistently lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfort working on your feet—standing and walking for extended periods in a manufacturing setting.
- Basic computer literacy for production entries and documentation.
- Proficiency using a tape measure.
Pay and schedules
- $19–$21 per hour
- 1st (Mon–Fri)
- 2nd (Mon–Fri)
- 3rd (Sun–Thu)
- 12-hour (Days)
- 12-hour (Nights)
