This part-time Accounting Clerk role is designed to support the accounts payable team in resolving discrepancies as the company transitions their A/P team offshore over the next six months. Your key responsibilities will include ensuring purchase orders are accurately matched and following up to guarantee timely payments.

Responsibilities

• Resolve discrepancies within the accounts payable team.

• Ensure purchase orders are accurately matched.

• Follow up to ensure payments are made appropriately.

Essential Skills

• Invoice processing

• Vendor maintenance

• 3-way match

• Able to navigate within spreadsheets and create simple formulas in Excel

• Proficient within a large scale ERP such as SAP, Workday, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or Infor

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• SAP

• 2+ years of invoice processing experience

• 2+ years of vendor maintenance experience

• 2+ years of experience matching purchase orders to invoices

Work Environment

This role offers a 20-hour work week with flexibility in scheduling. Initially, you will work fully onsite for a couple of weeks and then have the option to work remotely for a few days.

This is a Contract position based out of York, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
