We are seeking a reliable, mechanically inclined, skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our installation team. This hands-on role involves installing awnings, outdoor screens, window treatments, and outdoor kitchen units at both residential and commercial properties. Experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right candidate who brings a good attitude and strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities :

• Install custom awnings, outdoor shading systems, window treatments, and outdoor kitchen units.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and accurately.
• Perform heavy lifting and work from ladders, extension ladders or scaffolding.
• Work outside in various weather conditions.
• Keep job sites clean and organized.
• Communicate professionally with customers, vendors and team members.
• Follow all safety guidelines and installation instructions.

Requirements :

• Mechanically inclined or hands-on experience (carpentry, general contracting, etc. is a plus).
• Physically able to lift heavy items and work at heights.
• Comfortable working outdoors year-round.
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to learn, follow directions, and be trained.
• Must be able to email and use our CRM.
• Must pass a background check.
