At The Glam Garden, we’re growing. New clients are walking through our doors every single week, and we’re ready to welcome one experienced stylist who wants to be part of something meaningful.
This is a salon for stylists who:
- Care deeply about the people in their chair
- Take pride in their craft and their relationships
- Want to grow, learn, and feel supported
- Believe that loving people and doing great hair go hand in hand
We focus on creating an environment that nurtures growth — professionally and personally. Our management believes in people over profits, strong support, and doing the right thing even when no one is watching.
Sign-On Bonus
To support the right stylist making a move, we are offering a $2,000 sign-on bonus:
- $1,000 paid after 3 months of employment
- $1,000 paid after 6 months of employment
Referral Bonus
Know a stylist who would be a great fit?
We’re offering a $200 referral credit to anyone who refers a stylist we hire.
