The Scott Family of Dealerships is seeking a driven, experienced General Sales Manager to join our high-performing team in the Lehigh Valley!

We’re looking for a leader who can desk deals, appraise trades, and motivate a winning sales team — all while maintaining the high standards of service and integrity our customers have come to expect. What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 3 years of retail automotive sales experience (required)
• Prior Sales Management or F&I experience (required)
• Proven success as a deal maker with a strong customer focus
• High energy, positive leadership style, and passion for developing others
• Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills
• Internet and social media proficiency a plus
• Excellent closing and follow-up skills
• Integrity, character, and professionalism in every interaction

What You’ll Do:

• Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed goals
• Structure and desk deals to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction
• Appraise trade-ins accurately and efficiently
• Drive sales processes and ensure a seamless customer experience
• Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement
