Sales & Revenue Operations Specialist
As a Sales & Revenue Operations Specialist, you’ll split your time between supporting our clients and helping our go-to-market teams maintain operational excellence. This is a unique hybrid role for someone early in their career who wants exposure to both customer success and revenue operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Success (70%)
- Serve as a primary point of contact for client questions and requests, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
- Triage and route inquiries to the appropriate internal team or point of contact.
- Assist with client account renewals by preparing materials, tracking timelines, and coordinating with Sales.
- Partner closely with Sales to ensure a seamless customer experience and alignment with business goals.
Revenue Operations (30%)
- Support data hygiene and process accuracy within Salesforce, DealHub, and other sales tools.
- Help maintain clean and up-to-date CRM records, including accounts, opportunities, and renewals.
- Assist with pipeline management, reporting, and tooling improvements to help Sales and CS teams operate efficiently.
- Collaborate with the Rev Ops team to identify and implement process improvements.
Required Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in a client-facing or operational support role
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, service-oriented approach.
- Detail-oriented with a knack for organizing information and improving workflows.
- Comfort working with tools like Salesforce (required) and DealHub (a plus).
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Based in the U.S., with eligibility to work without sponsorship
Salary
$70,000 base plus commission
