Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist customers throughout the Subaru purchase experience
• Develop and maintain expert-level knowledge of Subaru vehicles, safety technology, and features
• Provide a transparent, pressure-free sales process aligned with Subaru values
• Conduct follow-up communication to build long-term relationships and loyalty
• Collaborate with management and teammates to achieve individual and store goals

Qualifications:

• Passion for the Subaru brand and its customers
• Friendly, customer-focused personality with strong communication skills
• Sales experience preferred but not required
• Willingness to learn and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Ability to work retail hours, including some evenings and weekends
