Garfield Refining is a 130+year-old precious metal refinery located in Philadelphia, PA. A leader in precious metal refining, Garfield provides award-winning refining solutions to the dental, jeweler, pawnbroker, manufacturing, and death-care industries.

We are seeking an organized and enthusiastic Fulfillment Specialist to help execute and deliver our print marketing and direct mail initiatives. The ideal candidate is a team player who enjoys hands-on work, thrives on staying busy, and is motivated by deadlines. This role plays a key part in producing our print materials and managing the preparation and fulfillment of direct mail campaigns

What You'll Do:

• Printing all creative marketing materials in-house for direct mail campaigns and other initiatives (postcards, flyers, signage, labels, decals, etc.).
• Track inventory of all printed materials, including giveaway items, boxes, paper stock, and stationery.
• Work in Excel to organize data and perform mail merges for direct mail campaigns.
• Pack and ship tradeshow materials for nationwide conventions.
• Assemble boxes with campaign materials for distribution.
• Fulfill supply requests for both internal teams and external partners.

• Bring strong communication skills
• Maintain a positive, solutions-oriented attitude and are a self-starter

Nice-to-haves, but not required:

• Spanish language skills
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite
