Join our dynamic team as a Welder in a custom fabrication shop where we take on innovative projects across Lancaster and surrounding counties. You will be part of a company that focuses on commercial landscaping equipment and high-volume parts production. Responsibilities

• Work from drawings, engineering specifications, sketches, and verbal instructions to build a variety of parts, components, or complete machines.
• Weld components, develop component weld fixtures, and build machines while maintaining required quality specifications.
• Set up welding machines and perform MIG welding on steel.
• Grind and finish welds to ensure high-quality results.
• Work on a variety of projects as needed, depending on demand.

• Experience with MIG or TIG welding; familiarity with Stick welding is not required.
• Ability to read and understand drawings or blueprints.
• Experience working with carbon steel; aluminum experience is a plus.

• Minimum 1 year of experience or formal schooling in MIG welding, setting up welding machines, grinding, and polishing.
• Willingness to learn, be coached, and develop leadership skills over time.
• Flexibility to work across two facilities, located 6 miles apart.

Work Environment

Our work environment is an industrial manufacturing setting with a friendly, family-type atmosphere. Founded by engineers, we pride ourselves on being procedure and process-driven with a strong focus on safety and effective work practices. Shop temperatures vary with the seasons and are not climate controlled. The team is approximately 50 people strong, fostering a close-knit community.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Honey Brook, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00/hr.
