**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Caregiver to provide high-quality, individualized care to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team to promote the health and well-being of our clients.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Administer medication as prescribed and maintain accurate records of medication administration.
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding when necessary.
• Perform light housekeeping duties to ensure a clean and safe environment.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a trusting relationship.
• Monitor clients' physical and emotional conditions and report any significant changes to the appropriate personnel.
• Accompany clients to appointments and social activities as needed.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.

**Qualifications:**

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certification in caregiving or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in a caregiving role is desirable.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle physical aspects of the job, including lifting and positioning clients.
• Reliable and trustworthy with a strong sense of personal integrity.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
