Licensing Requirement (Job Contingent)

This position is contingent upon successfully obtaining the required state insurance licenses.

• Property & Casualty license must be obtained prior to your Day 1 start date

• Life & Health license must be obtained within 30 days of your start date

• We provide comprehensive licensing support, including coaching, exam scheduling guidance, and one-on-one assistance throughout the licensing process

$500 Licensing Bonus

Earn a $500 bonus when you obtain both your Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses before your first day of employment.

What You'll Do

• Generate new business through outbound prospecting, referrals, networking, community involvement, and lead follow-up

• Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective customers

• Conduct needs-based conversations to identify customer risks and recommend insurance solutions

• Quote, present, and close auto, home, renters, life, and other insurance products

• Follow up consistently to convert opportunities into written business

• Build lasting customer relationships that generate referrals and repeat business

• Track sales activity, pipeline performance, and production goals

• Maintain accurate customer records while ensuring compliance with agency and insurance regulations
