What You’ll Do

• Source and purchase materials, equipment, and supplies that keep production moving
• Work directly with vendors to secure competitive pricing, reliable delivery, and quality products
• Prepare and manage purchase orders, bids, and related documentation
• Receive materials and ensure accuracy of packing lists and invoices
• Maintain organized records, including Material Test Reports (MTRs)
• Support internal departments through efficient and timely procurement
• Contribute to continuous improvement while performing other assigned duties

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, or related field preferred
• Purchasing or procurement experience strongly desired
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Clear communicator who enjoys building vendor relationships

Compensation

• Starting salary commensurate with experience
