Corporate Affairs and Compliance Attorney
Job Duties
- Advise clients on legal transactions
- Draw up legal documents
- Gather evidence, evaluate findings and develop arguments
- Interpret laws, ruling and regulations for Executive Team
- Present and summarize cases to judges and juries
- Represent clients in litigation and other proceedings
Education
- 2-3 years undergraduate studies
- Bachelor's Degree from a recognized law school
- Completion of bar examination
Qualification
- Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar. (PA not required)
