>· Assist families in securing services by verifying insurance benefits, gathering intake documentation, and submitting authorizations.
>· Function as a liaison between staff and families, ensuring paperwork is current and authorizations are renewed on time.
>· Provide excellent customer service, helping clients navigate the process with confidence and clarity.
>· Maintain compliance with insurance requirements, ensuring accurate submissions and renewals.
>· Communicate effectively with clients, staff, and insurance companies ensure optimum services.
>· Offer administrative support to team members as needed to keep operations running smoothly. What you will bring to the team:
>· Ability to create good rapport with new and existing clients and to gather data efficiently and effectively.
>· Familiarity with health insurance, the authorization process, and working with insurance portals.
>· Prior experience working as an ABA Intake Specialist is highly preferred.
>· Excellent customer service, time management, and organizational skills.
>· A high level of attention to detail.
>· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
>· Bachelor's degree preferred.
> Comfortable with extensive work on the phone. Benefits & Advantages:

> Experience building and retaining rapport with patients over the phone. Working Conditions:
> Exposure to constant or intermittent sounds is sufficient to cause distraction.
> Considerable stress may occur at times due to the pressure of meeting service requirements.
> Hours of work: 8:30a to 5:00p; must fulfill the duties of the position regardless of the number of hours worked.
> Performing these duties on a full-time basis is an essential function of this position. Compensation: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour About the company:
