Job Title: Lead Maintenance Technician / PLC Tech

Pay: $24–$34/hour

Schedule: Friday–Sunday, 6 AM–6 PM (must be flexible)

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair production equipment
• Perform preventive maintenance (O&M)
• Work with 480V 3-phase electrical systems
• Use Lockout/Tagout procedures
• Lead or supervise maintenance team
• PLC troubleshooting and support

Requirements:

• Maintenance/electrical experience
• PLC knowledge
• Leadership or supervisory experience
• Comfortable with flexible hours and weekend shifts

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Montgomery, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $34.00/hr.
