Overview
Job Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a key role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for Campus Services Group. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and identify and engage the best candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to source and identify potential candidates for open positions.
- Candidate Screening: Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications, fit, and interest in the role. Provide detailed feedback to hiring managers to ensure a smooth interview process.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless experience for all parties involved.
- Candidate Experience: Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and ensuring a positive candidate experience from start to finish.
- Job Postings: Write and post job descriptions on various job boards and platforms. Ensure that job postings are accurate, engaging, and aligned with the company’s employer brand.
- Offer Management: Assist in the offer process, including drafting offer letters, coordinating approvals, and communicating with candidates. Help negotiate terms when necessary.
- Recruitment Metrics: Track and report on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, source of hire, and candidate satisfaction. Use data to make recommendations for improving recruitment processes.
- Employer Branding: Support employer branding initiatives by promoting the company’s culture and values through social media, job postings, and other recruitment-related content.
- Compliance: Ensure that all recruitment activities comply with applicable employment laws and regulations. Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or a related field.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods. Understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Attributes: A proactive and results-driven approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. A passion for people and a commitment to delivering a positive candidate experience.
