Unique Sales Manager / Coach Role in Residential Real Estate

You must have experience 5 years selling and 3 years sales management. The ideal candidate has demonstrated success with high-end products or services that were commoditized, e.g. residential construction, residential remodeling, residential security or residential real estate is an advantage.

You must be able to follow a proven sales process and coach salespeople who are currently performing to improve their conversion rates, and exceed objectives. You are great at leveraging CRM, but don’t get lost in the data. You can support and coach the sales team without needing to be the hero and close deals.

You can articulate your unique sales management approach to accountability, coaching and team building. You are equally adept at motivating salespeople, and explaining to company leadership the team’s strengths, weaknesses and opportunities. You have strong strategy and the tactical skills to execute on the strategy to achieve the lofty company goals.
